Distance sales agreement and pre-contract information
This page contains the seller details and the pre-contract information required before a distance sale of Golub Bot. It becomes part of the order when a subscription opens. No order can be placed today.

Subject of the agreement
The agreement covers the Golub Bot software service and the selected monthly plan (Plus, Pro or Max) for the selected billing period. The plan, its allowance and its price are shown on the pricing page and repeated on the order summary before payment.
Price, taxes and payment
The monthly price is shown in Turkish lira on the Turkish pages and in US dollars on the English pages. The total payable, including any applicable taxes, is shown on the order summary before payment. Payment is intended to be made by card through the payment provider; the provider’s own form collects card details and Golub Bot does not store card numbers.
Performance and delivery
The service is performed digitally. After the payment provider confirms the payment, the account and the paid plan become available. There is no physical delivery and no shipping cost. If the service is not delivered after a confirmed payment, the seller delivers it or refunds the charge.
Renewal and cancellation
The monthly plan renews automatically for another month unless it is cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation stops the next charge, while access continues to the end of the paid period. The renewal and cancellation rules are set out on the delivery, cancellation and refunds page.
Right of withdrawal and immediate performance
For digital services performed immediately, the consumer must be informed before payment and must expressly request immediate performance for the exception to the 14-day right of withdrawal to apply. The checkout will present this choice and record the consumer’s declaration before payment. Where the exception does not apply, the consumer may withdraw within 14 days under the conditions of the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Consumer rights and complaints
The seller is responsible for performing the service in accordance with the agreement and the law. Consumers may submit complaints to [email protected] or to the seller’s address. If a complaint is not resolved, the consumer may apply to the consumer arbitration committee in the place of residence or to the consumer court, within the limits set by law.
Disputes and governing law
Turkish law applies. Consumer disputes follow the consumer arbitration and court rules. For other disputes, the courts and execution offices of Sivas have jurisdiction.
Records
The order summary, the accepted plan, the price and the consumer’s declarations are kept with the order record once subscriptions open. This page is informative until then and does not itself create an order or a payment obligation.
