Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Delivery

Golub Bot is delivered digitally. When a subscription opens, the account and the paid plan become available after the payment provider confirms the payment. The desktop and mobile applications will be offered from this website when their public release opens; no installer is offered today.

If a payment succeeds but the plan or allowance is not delivered, contact [email protected] with the payment reference. We check the payment and either deliver the service or refund the charge.

Monthly renewal

A monthly plan renews each month on the same calendar day until it is cancelled. The renewal price is the price shown for your plan at renewal. The next renewal date is shown before payment and in the account area once accounts open.

If a renewal payment fails, the plan is not extended and access ends at the close of the paid period. We do not start new paid work without an active plan.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the account area once it opens, or by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation stops the next charge. Access and the remaining allowance continue until the end of the period you have already paid for. Remaining days are not refunded, and not using the service is not by itself a refund reason.

Refunds

We refund a charge when payment succeeded but the account or the paid allowance was not delivered, when the same amount was taken twice, or when the amount taken was wrong. Refunds are made to the original payment method through the payment provider.

Requests go to [email protected] with the payment reference and the reason. We answer within the periods required by consumer law. Your statutory rights are not limited by this policy.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital services performed immediately, the right of withdrawal does not apply when the consumer is informed before payment and expressly asks for immediate performance. The checkout will ask for that consent before payment when subscriptions open.

This page does not create an order and no withdrawal declaration is needed today because no payment can be made.

Tell us first at [email protected] so we can correct the problem. Consumers may also apply to the consumer arbitration committee where they live or to the consumer court, within the monetary limits set by law.
