This public website

This website is a static public site. It does not set advertising or analytics cookies, does not run advertising pixels, and does not include a contact or checkout form. Language preference is stored in your browser so the site can remember your choice; it is not sent to us.

Our hosting and network providers process standard technical request data such as IP address, requested path, time, user agent and error information in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use that data to build advertising profiles.

Messages you send us

When you email [email protected], we receive your email address, the content of your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to answer your question, to provide support and to keep a record of the request. Please do not send passwords, card numbers or other secrets.

Accounts, plans and payments

Customer accounts, subscriptions and payments are not active yet. When they open, this notice will be updated before any personal data is collected for those services. Card details are intended to be entered on the payment provider’s own form; Golub Bot does not intend to store card numbers.

Why we process data and on what basis

We process the data described above to respond to your request and to operate and secure the website. Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) these purposes rely on the establishment or performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, and compliance with legal obligations where applicable. Where consent is required, we ask for it separately and you can withdraw it.

Sharing and transfers

We use service providers for hosting, network delivery, email and, when payments open, payment processing. They process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own terms. We do not sell personal data.

Some providers may process data outside Türkiye. Where that happens, transfers rely on the safeguards required by KVKK, including standard contractual commitments and the provider’s published data protection terms.

Retention

Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to answer the request and to keep a reasonable record of the relationship. Technical request logs are kept for the short period used by our providers for delivery, security and troubleshooting. Invoices and financial records, once payments exist, are kept for the periods required by tax and commercial law.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, ask for correction or deletion where the conditions apply, ask about recipients, and object to a result that affects you. Send requests to [email protected]. We answer within the periods required by law. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).

Changes

We update this notice when the service or the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. Material changes that affect active customers will be communicated before they take effect.
